Here are some startups that are literally within reach since they are available on supermarket shelves – we’ve put together six young, Munich-based companies for you whose products you can easily buy and try.

Yfood
It all began with meal replacement drinks, and now the yfood product portfolio also includes hot bowls, meaning meals that you add water too, as well as bars and powders that you prepare yourself. The basic concept behind yfood remains the same, namely to offer a healthy diet alternative to people who don’t have time to cook. During their appearance on the startup show ‘Die Höhle der Löwen’ in 2018, the two founders Benjamin Kremer and Noël Bollmann convinced Frank Thelen to make a 200,000 euro investment.
