The three want to break new ground with their startup Djoon: For their truffles, they only use vegan organic ingredients, a maximum of five ingredients for each type of truffle, and everything comes from sustainable and partnership-based sources. If you would like to give them a taste test, Djoon truffles can be ordered online.
