Munich Startups in the Construction Industry

When it comes to digitization in the construction industry, there’s still a lot of room for improvement. But that’s exactly what these Munich startups want to change with their different solutions.

Carsten Maschmeyer investiert in Reinvent
Reinvent is developing software that digitizes the entire information and communication process between project stakeholders and buyers or tenants in construction and real estate projects. The software solution links project stakeholders on a cloud platform where all relevant information, tasks and documents are pooled together, allowing for communication, collaboration and document management. For buyers and tenants, on the other hand, the software offers interactive property information, 3D home configuration tools as well as digital instruments for managing special requests or for the acceptance inspection of a piece of real estate. Just one person who was won over by the construction and real estate software by the Munich company is investor Carsten Maschmeyer from the German Shark Tank equivalent ‘Höhle der Löwen.’ Maschmeyer invested in Reinvent in 2020 with his venture capital fund Alstin Capital.
