“We Want to Make Cancer Diagnosis More Reliable” – Video Interview With Inveox Co-Founder Dominik Sievert

Inveox develops digital solutions for pathology labs. The technology from the Munich-based company aims to avoid unnecessary mistakes made in diagnostics. Co-founder Dominik Sievert tells us more about his company in our video interview.

Inveox was founded in February in 2017 by Maria and Dominik Sievert. The Munich startup has made it their objective to use digital solutions to improve the transportation of tissue samples from doctors to labs as well as the data processing involved with digital samples.

The team has developed three products that work together: A sample container for doctors to use to send tissue to the lab, a machine that takes the sample out of the container and a software platform to process the data.

Dominik Sievert: “For an open and transparent feedback culture, both honesty and tolerance are important.”

In a video interview with Munich Startup, Sievert explained how he and his co-founder maintain their startup culture in such a rapidly growing company. He also let us in on the secret of his success — or, to be more exact, on both secrets.

In our series “Munich Startup visits…”, we regularly showcase young Munich-based companies. Our editorial staff has already paid a visit to IIoT startup Konux, the Munich unicorn Celonis and the reusable cup startup Recup. Spyra told us more about — in their words — “the best water gun in the world.”
